Pastýřská stěna (Pastýřská Wall) The protected route is suitable for beginners thanks to its many alternatives, and it can also be enjoyed by more experienced climbers. The local ferratas were created and made by mountaineer Karel Bělina, the author of the highest number of first climbs in Labské pískovce. Access The protected routes are located in the centre of Děčín on the left bank of the Labe River. The starting points are near the former lift to the restaurant on the Pastýřská Wall and the local zoo at the Labe embankment. With regard to the position in the city centre, it is possible to use an alternative method of transportation, such as the train (approx. 500 m), or a bicycle along the Labská Cycling Trail. Ferrata sets can be rented in Hřensko or beside the ferrata on the embankment. Protected routes All versions of the routes are only one-way.
