The Taste of Haná Central Moravia, also known as Haná, is renowned for its regional culinary specialties characterized by vivid and distinctive flavours. Typical for the region is the special aromatic cheese called Olomoucké tvarůžky, which is processed in various ways. For more than six hundred years, it has been made in Loštice. Poštulka’s delicate cheese desserts are especially popular. The Haná gastronomy is based on dishes prepared according to original recipes from local and seasonal ingredients offered by selected restaurants that are involved in the Taste Haná project. Various other producers and craftsmen also continue in the tradition of their ancestors. Their products have been duly certified by the regional brands Haná and Moravská brána. And finally, there are those who are helping to revive the traditional customs and habits of the beautiful Haná folklore. Central Moravia The Taste of Haná
