Congresses, events with more than 1,000 people +420 541 152 730 Výstaviště 1, 647 00 Brno rent@bvv.cz www.bvv.cz Pavilion A The whole pavilion is divided into two halls of an irregular ground plan – A1 and A2 with an area of almost 4,000 sq m, the other possible uses are offered by the gallery of each hall. The glazed high vaults will ensure daylight and on the other hand their simple lighting will turn this area into an elegant place and a mere play with lights will instantly change the character of the whole event. The variable area is so flexible that it will serve excellently for events from 400 to 2,000 visitors. In the imaginary point of intersection of both pavilions there is the Rotunda conference hall with a capacity of up to 450 places in the terraced auditorium and the smaller Morava and Brno halls. Pavilion G1+G2 The halls of the same ground plan of 120 x 45 m are mutually interconnected at two levels by a connecting corridor. For events held in these pavilions, there is a separate entrance to the premises with registration counters. For bigger congresses and events for the public, catering is provided in a self-service restaurant. Both halls offer ideal conditions for holding conferences, meeting of company employees as well as concerts. It is ideal to use one of the halls for work-related part of the event and the other for the social part of the event. An undisputable advantage of the hall G2 is possibility of its complete blackout. The halls will be custom adjusted exactly according to your requirements. Pavilion P The total area of the actual hall is more than 15,000 sq m. This large area can be divided by means of partition walls into 3 separate units. Therefore it is possible to use only part of the hall. The variability of the area offers a wide range of uses. The hall enables holding of a congress for up to 3,000 people with an accompanying exhibition and a catering area, or a congress for 4,400 people if using the maximum capacity for the delegates of the event. There are 5 available congress halls with a capacity of 20 to 200 people. The capacity of 10,000 people is also a challenge for promoters of concerts and sports events. Pavilion F The inside area of the hall is 133 m long and 47 m wide. It is divided into two parts – the main area and the entrance appendix which is ideal for serving welcome drinks, catering or placing of cloakrooms or a chill-out zone. The hall capacity for holding congresses is 2,000 people. All the technical equipment and decorations for an event can simply be hung into the ceiling construction. The possible uses of the hall are virtually unlimited.
