Královéhradecký kraj Hrádek u Nechanic Hrádek u Nechanic was built between 1839 and 1857 in the style of the Romantic Windsor Gothic as a residence of the Counts Harrach. The authenticaly furnished interiors show the day to day life of the aristocracy in the second half of 19th century. The biggest and most beautiful room is the Gold Hall named after the gilded leather wallpaper made in Belgium in 17th century. On the fi rst fl oor there are the private chambers of the Count and Countess, the family picture gallery in the summer dining hall and the guestrooms.
